SITUATION:

A financial services firm experienced significant success and growth. As new business lines were added, the firm experienced performance and relational dissonance. PeopleCap was engaged to provide insight and recommendations into the organizational challenges.

SOLUTION:

PeopleCap discovered the business lines were working independently and were not aligned around a common set of goals.  Part of the problem was that the company had been so successful that it had outgrown an informal structure. We worked with management to formalize the mission and goals and align the business lines around them.
