SITUATION:
A Private Equity group had invested significant capital in a company poised for rapid growth.  The investment did not yield the anticipated results.  The investors engaged PeopleCap to determine the barriers to the company's success.

SOLUTION:
PeopleCap identified several factors impacting performance relating to the company's infrastructure, leadership team, and culture.
